Refund policy

At EmKa, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted furniture and home décor. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or suitable protective packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be included

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage
  • A short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.


Important Notes

Because many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in wood grain, color, and texture are natural and part of the character of handmade furniture.
