Shipping policy

At EmKa, every item is handcrafted with care in our workshop before being shipped. Because of this, we take a little extra time to ensure each product meets our quality standards before it leaves us.


Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are handmade to order.

Current dispatch time:
5–7 working days

Once your item is ready, it will be securely packaged and dispatched with one of our trusted courier partners.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our workshop.


Delivery Services

We use reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely.

Our delivery partners include:

  • Parcelforce 24 – next working day delivery after dispatch
  • Parcelforce 48 – 2 working days after dispatch
  • Evri – 2–3 working days after dispatch

The courier used will depend on the size, weight, and type of item ordered.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

This allows you to follow your parcel and see updates such as:

  • Parcel collected
  • In transit
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

Please make sure your email address and mobile number are correct at checkout so you receive delivery updates.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Any photos if the item is damaged
